If you use your hook end ramps often, the Alumi-Loc attaching system is a great time saver. Secure your ramps to the system's channel on your tailgate or trailer without the bother of straps to prevent kickback while loading your motorcycle, snowmobile or other equipment. The Alumi-Loc system is available in 48", 52", 60" lengths, or have a custom size made.
Channel holds hook end ramps to loading surface
No need for tie down straps
Made of aluminum for rust-free performance
Available in 48", 52" and 60" lengths or custom sizes
Safer than tie down straps, the Alumi-Loc ramp attaching system allows you to hook our MF2 series, Big Boy II series, and Whiteout Snowmobile Ramps right onto your tailgate or trailer, positively locking the ramps to the loading surface!
Prevent ramp kick out in the safest way with the Alumi-Loc Ramp Attaching System. The Alumi-Loc features a channel that allows ramps with hooks to positively lock to a tailgate, trailer, or other loading surface without the need for safety straps. Using ratchet or cam straps to secure ramps can be a hassle to set up and maintain, having to untangle each strap, then crawl under the ramps and tailgate to hook them up. With the Alumi-Loc you just unfold the ramps, hook into the channel and you're ready to load! Multiple sizes are available including 48", 52", and 60" fitting most pickup truck tailgates on the market today. Custom sizes are also available sold by the inch. For sure mounting, a kit is also available to install the Alumi-Loc on a tailgate. View the images below to see some of our ramps on the Alumi-Loc!
Mounting hardware is sold separately. ALUMI-LOC-CUSTOM is non-returnable.
We have used ramps with this system for several years and it is great. Save time, no more strapping them down. We are in our 70s and ride ATVs and the aluminum ramps allow us to continue to have fun.

Super fast delivery, heavy duty, great tracking information! I have not installed on my trailer yet, but my hook end ramps fit nicely into the channel so they should work very well. It seems to be a high quality and sturdy construction. Looking forward to installing this weekend to see how it works! It should be a huge improvement over loose laying the ramps on the back of the trailer! I would buy again!
