VersaRamp Ambulance Ramp

A combination of vehicle floor height and stretcher design may require an EMT to lift the patient and stretcher up and into the vehicle resulting in work related injuries. VersaRamp can help reduce those injuries and claims. The VersaRamp mounts at the rear deck and extends outward to receive the stretcher. EMT's simply direct the wheeled end of the stretcher onto the ramp, collapse the legs and push the patient and stretcher into the vehicle. The VersaRamp supports 900 lbs and is a very cost effective means compared to suspension lowering systems for high deck ambulances.

Simply extend the VersaRamp ambulance ramp, fold down the support legs and it's ready to go! This ambulance ramp is strong, lightweight and constructed of the highest quality aircraft aluminum. The ambulance ramp length is 45" long. If you need to move it out of the way for a specific application, the VersaRamp is hinged and tilts 90° upward so its out of the direct path of the stretcher. When needed the ramp tilts down to the horizontal position, locks into place and is ready to extend. Quick release pins allow the ambulance ramp to be totally removed in seconds.
