Return Policy

“What if I need to return my purchase?”

You may return items that are in like new condition, excluding the Non-Returnable Items listed below, sold by within 30 days of purchase for a merchandise refund, excluding all shipping costs incurred. If your purchased item included free shipping we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase unless there is a one year warranty on the item. There will be up to a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund for any item that is returned with signs of use or abuse. We reserve the right in making the determination on the state of the returned merchandise.

Please note: You must contact our customer service staff at 888-651-3431 before returning an item so that we can give you your RMA# and authorize the return.

All merchandise Items must be returned in the original packaging to receive any full refund. When returning an item the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges back to us. If you ordered the wrong item, we will assist you in determining the correct replacement item. Typically your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product at our facility. Refunds of products returned to one of our distributors will take longer, up to an additional week, because we need the distributor receipt notification before we will process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Modular wheelchair ramps
  • Any custom-ordered item
  • Items not purchased from
  • Trailer hitches that were installed.
  • Old or opened Invacare products.
  • Items marked Scratch & Dent at the time of purchase.
  • All items from Bluff Manufacturing Inc.

Product Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by calling 888-651-3431 and our customer service staff will guide you through the process.
