Return Policy

“What if I need to return my purchase?” You may return new items sold by within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding any shipping costs incurred. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the receipt date of the item(s). If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items should be returned in their original packaging. When returning an item the customer is responsible for shipping all of the purchased items back. To arrange a return, call us at 888-651-3431 and we will guide you through the process. In the event that you ordered the wrong item, we will help you determine the correct item. Your refund is typically processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the product at our facility. If your product is being returned to one of our distributors, please note that your refund may take an additional week to be processed.

You must contact our customer service staff before returning an item so that we can give you your RMA# and authorize the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Modular wheelchair ramps
  • Any custom-ordered item
  • Items not purchased from
  • Items with obvious signs of use or abuse or missing parts and pieces
  • Trailer hitches that have been installed
  • Old or opened Invacare products
  • Items marked as clearance items at the time of purchase
  • All items from Bluff Manufacturing Inc.

Product Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by calling 888-651-3431 and our customer service staff will guide you through the process.
