Includes a rain cover, reflective safety strip, built-in carrying handle, an adjustable shoulder strap, side pockets, a top wallet-style compartment with elastic mesh pockets, and a main storage compartment with an inner zippered pocket. Attaches to the bicycle's handlebars and steering column with 3 integrated velcro straps. Constructed from a durable 100% polyester with a weather resistant polyurethane coating, the 4007x 305 cubic inch (5.0 litre) Handlebar Bag helps to keep small cargo dry even in heavier weather conditions.
