OTravo Bicycle Pannier

The traditional OTravo 4009x Bicycle Pannier Touring Bags hold up to a 2746 cubic inch capacity (45 liter) including the two completely detachable panniers. For safety, the 4009x features reflective safety webbing and strips and a form-fit splash protection board on each pannier. Includes a top-side elastic cargo cord, multi-compartment storage and handles on each pannier. Attaches to a rear bicycle rack with 4 metal hooks and 2 adjustable hook & loop tie-down straps. The 4009x Bicycle Pannier is constructed from 100% polyester with polyurethane coating for ultimate weather protection and water resistance. *Please note: The 4009x Bicycle Pannier requires an existing rear bicycle rack for attachment using the integrated tie-down straps and hooks. Comes with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
