New wheelchair scooter caddy lift has a built in jack so it can be easily cranked in the up or down position for quick and hassle free loading and un-loading. Fits on the rear of your vehicle right in your class 3 receiver!

The RHWC2-FL Scooter Caddy receiver hitch wheelchair and electric scooter caddy lift has a built in jack that allows the user to crank the unit to ground level for loading purposes, and then crank the unit up to the highway travel position. The unit has a hand crank and a locking pin that locks the jack in place for highway travel. The caddy has a 28 inch wide by 48 inch long aluminum platform. The carrying arms are equipped with 4 tie down lugs so you can secure your scooter or wheelchair for road travel (Securing straps sold separately). The carrier has a total lifting height of 14 inches when fully cranked up. Powder coated black, steel tubular framework, and a aluminum diamond plate platform finish off this attractive unit. The unit permits the user to tip the platform upright when not in use. The tip up feature has a locking device to lock the unit in the upright position. This unit also has an optional power drive kit which allows users to convert the hand crank model to a power up/down unit by using a ½ inch drive cordless drill. The kit includes drill holder and drill chuck adapter. (drill sold separately)
