The OE Series roof rack system from Vantech eliminates drilling as it is designed to clamp onto existing roof rails. Existing rails must be 1/2" – 1-1/2" thick by 2" wide for the OE Series clamp on to fit properly. The aluminum clamps are rubber dipped for protection, extra grip, and wind noise reduction. OE systems are available with rubber end caps to reduce wind noise while the other version comes with side supports that feature tie-down points to minimize lateral cargo movement. The aluminum cross bars feature built-in channels that hold optional Vantech accessories. The cross bar widths are also available in 50" and 60" to accommodate a variety of vehicle sizes. Vantech's clamp on roof racks are available in black, white, and silver finishes to complement most original vehicle colors. Load capacity depends on the specifications of the existing roof rails which can be found in the original manufacturer's factory manual.
