The carrier attaches to your trailer hitch receiver and, when properly installed, can raise and lower your powerchair for transport with just the push of a button. Each side of the carrier is beveled allowing you to load or unload from either side. 2 retractable ratchet straps are integrated right on the carrier for securing your powerchair. The carrier has platform dimensions of 28" x 36", weighs only 96 lbs., and can hold up to 350 lbs.! Optional accessories are available to enhance your new electric powerchair lift! Please Note: This carrier is designed for power wheelchairs only!

NOT recommended for motor homes, RV's, or any tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers & camping trailers due to excessive bouncing of the vehicle's suspension

Limitations:

• Carrier Carrying Capacity: This carrier is designed to safely carry 350 lbs.
• Hitch Weigh Limit: Most Class III hitches are rated for 500 lbs. Most Class IV hitches are rated for 1000 lbs
• Vehicle Hauling Capacity: Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's capacity to carry a load
• Will not work with class II or smaller receivers
• Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging
• Please check with your dealer to find out if your vehicle's carrying capacity
• NOT recommended for tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers & camping trailers
