Electric Wheelchair Carrier & Lift

This electrically powered universal carrier is ideal for heavier scooters and mid-wheel drive chairs. It is equipped with an electric lift mechanism that raises and lowers the lift using an easily accessible switch box. The switch box has a key switch that turns on the unit, allowing a toggle switch to be used for raising and lowering. The power unit attaches to the vehicle's battery. It also comes with an emergency crank which will lower or raise the platform in case of power failure. The carrying platform is 48" long by 28" wide, and includes two retractable nylon straps for securing your chair during transport. Platform folds up toward vehicle when not in use. Class II or III hitch required. Weight capacity is 350 lbs. Air shocks may be necessary.

NOT recommended for any tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers & camping trailers due to excessive bouncing of the vehicle's suspension

• Hitch Weigh Limit: Most Class III hitches are rated for 500 lbs - Most Class IV hitches are rated for 1000 lbs
• Vehicle Hauling Capacity: Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's capacity to carry a load
• Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging
• Please check with your dealer to find out if your vehicle's carrying capacity
• NOT recommended for tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers & camping trailers
