Advantage SportsRack GlideAWAY Bike Carrier

The Advantage SportsRack GlideAWAY 4 bike carrier is designed with an accordion style folding mechanism that allows the bike carrier to be pulled away from the vehicle, allowing access to the rear cargo area, without removing the bikes on the carrier. The glideAWAY bike carrier extends up to 23" from its locked position and can swivel left or right when extended for more room to reach cargo. When finished accessing the cargo area this 4 bike carrier easily returns to a secure locked position by pushing it towards the hitch receiver and allowing the latch to snap back into place. The Advantage SportsRack GlideAWAY also glides from side to side to accommodate vehicles with rear side opening doors. Designed to carry up to 4 bicycles with 1-2" top frame tubes, the glideAWAY also adjusts to accept women's bikes, BMX bikes and bicycles that have complex geometry frames. Bikes are secured to the glideAWAY by 2 oversized bike arm tubes with heavy duty plastic clasps that won't scratch the bike's finish. This 4 bike carrier uses an anti-wobble device and an adapter to fit both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers. The glideAWAY bike carrier is constructed from heavy duty steel and has a black powder coat finish. The carrying arms on this 4 bike carrier fold and rotate out of the way when not in use.
