5 Stars Does What it Promises

Yvonne R. from NV wrote (May 05, 2016):

I ordered this Doggie Blocker Mesh Barrier about a month ago from Discount Ramps and am extremely happy with my purchase. The item was easy to put together and simple to install in the hatch compartment of my 2001 Subaru Forester. So far it has not rattled or come loose. I picked the mesh style as I felt it provided complete separation that would not allow my dog to work his head or paws around the barrier. However, the benefits of the mesh style do not end with coverage. This is the first time I ever put my dog in the hatch compartment and I discovered it is warm as the hatch window does not roll down. I purchased a stainless steel crate bowl for water that attaches to the mesh as well as 2 large battery operated crate fans. The mesh style barrier has allowed me to keep my dog safe in the back as well as comfortable. I completed his space with a plush SUV cargo pad. SO glad I found Discount Ramps. Their service was great and the value I received for my money was appreciated.

4 Stars Doggie Blocker

We purchased the Doggie Blocker Mesh Style Pet Barrier from Discount Ramps and are very pleased with the product. We ordered it on a Friday and we had it by the next Tuesday. However we have rated the product 4-stars ONLY because the instructions could be clearer. But we soon figured it out and have it installed in our Chevy Avalanche. We would recommend this product to everyone.

5 Stars Amazing Doggie Blocker!!!

We Received this the other day and LOVE IT!! We take our dogs everywhere with us, and we just purchased a brand new Chevy Equinox and want to keep it as brand new as possible. This Doggie Blocker is amazing for keeping your car brand new!!! The dogs can't climb all over my seats. Thank you so much, we LOVE IT!!!

5 Stars Just what i was looking for

Charlie from CA wrote (September 25, 2015):

Just got a new 4runner and want to keep the inside clean and nice as i can. I have 2 husky's that LOVE to go for rides and hang out the window's of my old truck, problem is they want to do it out the front window's (driver side especially) now they can just hang out the back window and not bother anyone or try to come up on my seats at all. Was very surprised at how durable it is, it being so cheap figured it would be exactly that a cheaply made product but i am glad to say that isn't the case; Having 2 husky's known for being escape artist and are very strong this was a major concern for me. Also would like to add i like how it is completely black, pole's included, on the pictures it showed silver. Just an added bounce as it fits my color scheme. Would definitely recommend this.

5 Stars Exactly what I needed!

Patricia from OK wrote (July 30, 2015):

I am a single mom with two kids and two big dogs (75+lbs) and two kids. Prior to installing this barrier, the situation in my car was chaotic and unsafe for everyone involved! I was able to assemble it myself (without tools) in less than a half hour, and it only took 5 minutes to install in my car ( Honda CRV). The poles easily adjust for a nice snug fit that holds up to the pressure of the big dogs. Everybody's happy, especially me!

5 Stars Wonderful Dog Gate SUV / Pleasant Experience

Eric from TN wrote (June 06, 2015):

I bought this for a Jeep Cherokee so I could ride my hundred and ten pound lab around with a back door open while mowing grass around my small town, pulling a lawn mower trailer.

Just installed my new pet barrier in my Honda CRV and only took 15 minutes. It is strong and occupies very little cargo space. Thgis is perfect to handle my 80 lb. Coon Hound, well made.

4 Stars Doggie Blockers

Linda from MI wrote (May 16, 2015):

I've used for two out of my 3 dogs. (lab mixes). Works good. Assembly was a little confusing but it worked out. Fits pretty well in my 2014 Ford Escape in the far back. Haven't tried it in behind the front seats yet. Would probably fit better there, roof less slanted.

4 Stars Doggie Blockers

Khosro from TX wrote (May 05, 2015):

I have recently purchased the product. I don't have a long history of using this product. So far, it has served its purpose which is preventing my Rottweiler puppy from coming to the front seat. It was relatively easy to assemble and install.

5 Stars Fit great in my 2015 Subaru Forester

Glen from NY wrote (April 26, 2015):

After I put together it installed very easily in the truck very pleased with quality and a fraction of cost of one from Subaru

4 Stars Mesh Barrier in Truck

LabLori from NC wrote (April 25, 2015):

The product is made well. The rubber guards are a little tough to put on the top bars. It fit across the truck (Chevy Silverado) well, the height was a little short (placed on floor) but could be blocked up. We used small bungee cords to stabilize by attaching it to the hand grasps. Overall like it - keeps dogs from climbing over or thru seats

Chuck from AZ wrote (April 23, 2015):

Well made, easy to assemble, but not really made for my particular application. I am using it to keep my dog in the back seat of an extended cab truck and since it is more designed for a SUV I had to make a couple of modifications moving the lower legs to the top and adding my own lower legs. Now it goes from floor to ceiling. Once done it works perfectly, dogs happy, I'm happy

5 Stars The Suburban is a lot better now

Rich from GA wrote (April 16, 2015):

Easy installation. Our Suburban is a lot more habitable now. Our English now has his space and we have reclaimed ours.

5 Stars Works great....though upside down works even better

John from NC wrote (April 05, 2015):

Good quality, all pieces shipped. Instructions could be clearer, and, like other reviewers, I found that it worked better when installed upside down. Dog seems content, and I am happy to know she is safe back there.

4 Stars Pet Barrier

Kent Wrede from CA wrote (March 28, 2015):

Doggie Blockers Adjustable Mesh Pet Barrier - 18" Mesh Height #07726 The item worked fine with some additional wood blocking to prevent it from sliding out of place. It was shipped lacking one foot, but I got around that by drilling a hole in the wood blocking. Fits well and stays in place!

5 Stars Get it!

John from MD wrote (March 05, 2015):

Awesome product- instructions could have been a little more clear with picture steps but wasn't that hard to figure out. Glad we got it

5 Stars Works well in a 2015 RAV4

Dan from VA wrote (February 14, 2015):

I bought a new RAV4 and wanted to keep the dogs out of the front seats before they messed them up. I first installed the barrier behind the back seats with the seats upright. It worked fine, but I realized the space might be a little small for our two medium-size dogs. I then folded the back seats forward and installed the barrier on the back of the flattened seats. This also worked well. Because the wire mesh is only 18" tall and fixed near the top of the vertical supports, I needed to close the space between the bottom of the barrier and seats. I just happened to have a leftover piece of thin plywood (1/8" flooring) which was 18" x 48", the perfect size. I attached it to the barrier with two twist ties and it works great!

5 Stars Quality

Shawn from KY wrote (February 04, 2015):

Perfect to keep our boxer dogs in the back of our 2013 explorer

5 Stars Solid and Simple

Steve from CA wrote (January 27, 2015):

We bought this to keep our 70 pound mountain dog in the very back of a 2014 Ford Escape. Directions were simple (except I didn't notice part of the product, the pole inserts, were already assembled, and there were 2 parts that looked like doorstops which had not directions for). It took about 15 minutes together and put in place. The rollers for tightening are great. Only thing I would recommend is that you test your puppy out first - mine threw up twice on our hour trip through the winding hills, but luckily we had a Cargo mat installed and it saved the back of the car. I foresee this lasting a long time as it is very solid and seems of great quality.
