5 Stars Randy Bailey stands behind his product!

Ginny Marko from NJ wrote (October 07, 2016):

Bought the pal t-2000 with extension. Easy to put together but had a problem with the lights. Found out the ground wire did not work even though I scrapped off any paint by the bolts for a better connection but realized it was not my problem. The problem was with the black connector! Called Randy and he sent me a new cable. Love the trailer, and thank you Randy!

5 Stars Too bad there's not a five star plus

I've been using this trailer for about twelve years and can say only great things about it. Quick, Easy to use and built to last. I've lived on both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and have had almost no rust on this trailer. I did have to respray once with spray galvanizing but that was it. For the price you can't beat it.
