This spring pull pin holds hitch mounted wheelchair/scooter rack ramps locked in a vertical position while the vehicle is in motion, or folded flat when the carrier is not in use. Simply pull the ring to lower the ramp when necessary. Once released, the retractable plunger will return to its locked position. This is a replacement part for the SC400-V2, SC500-V3, SC500-AF, and UC500-XL racks (all models require 3 spring pull pins).
