 
DH-WC-1 Heavy Duty Industrial Rubber Wheel Chocks are ideal for use in loading dock or sloped environments where freight trucks are being loaded and unloaded. OSHA safety regulations require power industrial trucks to be chocked with at least (2) wheel chocks to prevent the vehicle from rolling whenever it is parked. The DH-WC-1 is molded from heavy duty industrial strength thermoplastic rubber and features a ribbed 37° slope to fit the shape of the vehicle tire. Formed with a bottom void. Includes a large 3-3/4"L x 1-1/4"H easy grip handle for convenient carrying and a 3/8"D pre-drilled fastener hole in the handle. Rated for hauler trucks with tire sizes up to 44"D with a load capacity up to 40 tons. *Sold in singles.

The brakes of highway trucks shall be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks.

Brakes shall be set and wheel blocks shall be in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading or unloading. Fixed jacks may be necessary to support a semi trailer during loading or unloading when the trailer is not coupled to a tractor. The flooring of trucks, trailers, and railroad cars shall be checked for breaks and weakness before they are driven onto.

Chock Blocks. At least two chock blocks shall be provided. These blocks shall be placed to prevent rolling of the vehicle whenever it is parked during loading and unloading operations.
