At Discount Ramps.com, we know you need your item(s) as soon as possible so our goal is to get products shipped out as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. In most cases we ship the same day. Average time of arrival is 4-7 business days for domestic ground shipments. In the case that your items are back ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Processing and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected.
I received my order and it's missing some items. Why?
To expedite multiple-item orders, Items from your order may ship from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive multiple tracking #'s via email. Also, backordered items (see below) usually ship separately from items currently in stock.
Posted domestic shipping rates on our web site, including “free shipping” offers, only apply to the Continental 48 United States. International, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are exempt from free shipping offers, unless otherwise specifically stated. Contact us for a shipping quote if there is no shipping rate posted for your location. Many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer so we do not have to ship the product twice. This allows us to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to you. Products may ship from multiple warehouses so we may ship an order by a different courier at our discretion. Larger items may require freight truck (additional charges may apply). You will be notified by email with a shipping confirmation including tracking number(s) and the shipping company.
Expedited express shipping options are available. Please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. When trying to determine what express option best suites your needs please keep in mind you do not count the same day the order is placed, weekends or holidays. Example: Order is placed on Wednesday night and you needed the item by end of day on Monday, you would select a 2nd Day Air option because Thursday (the day the product ships), Saturday or Sunday are not counted. You will receive tracking information via email.
PO BOX / APO / AFO / FPO / DPO / AFP Shipping Address
Most of our packages ship UPS or Fed Ex. These carriers do not ship to a PO Box, APO, AFO,FPO, DPO, AFP address. To prevent order delays, please provide us with a physical shipping address (UPS will not ship to PO Boxes). Please contact us for available shipping options before purchasing.
We welcome International customers! Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Please keep in mind that separate charges including VAT, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Discount Ramps.com. Please contact your local government & shipping carriers for information regarding these charges. International customers are responsible for clearing packages through customs, including any extra charges that may apply. If a failure to do so results in a package being undelivered, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping / handling charge and any return shipping/handling charges. These shipping charges can be very expensive, so please ensure that you are prepared to clear the package when necessary. Such a returned package is considered a voluntarily returned package and would be subject to our terms for returns. Products shipped overseas do not include a warranty.
Freight Delivery Instructions
If your item is shipping via a freight company please review these guidelines prior to scheduling the appointment or accepting delivery.
Do NOT sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the shipment. If you sign for the delivery without inspecting it, you are waiving any right to file a damage claim and would be liable for any replacement costs. Please share this important information with the person that will sign if you are unavailable.
Open all concealed product that is crated or boxed to inspect for damage. If you are unable to or do not have time to inspect the delivery, write on the receipt “DAMAGED”. There are NO penalties against the freight company unless a claim is submitted.
Damaged or missing items MUST be written on receipt BEFORE signing. If you are unsure or have any doubts about the condition, write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt. IF anything is damaged or missing, write the item and damage on the receipt before signing.
Damaged Product - In the event that damage occurred, make sure the receipts are noted accordingly and the driver gives you a copy. Call 888-651-3431 to process a claim as soon as possible. We will go over all the details regarding the claim procedure and replacement shipment if applicable.
Missing Product - List any item missing on the delivery receipt before signing and call 888-651-3431 right away. We will contact the freight terminals to have their locations searched. If the item is unable to be located the claim process will pay for the replacement product.
