The Spare Me bike rack from Thule is a great way to carry your bikes on vehicles with spare tires. This Thule bike rack hauls 2 bikes in rubber bike saddles. The spare tire bike carrier mounts to the spare tire via a lockable adapter that locks to the spare tire bolt pattern. Spare tire cover may not work while carrier is being used. Bike cable locks may be used to secure bikes to the carrier for added security.
