The Tailgate Ramp is designed to make unloading and loading anything from the back of your truck bed safer and easier. The ramp system replaces your original tailgate and is useable as a folding ramp! The panels of this ramp fold inside of each other making the ramp the same thickness as your original tailgate. This atv and utility ramp is coated with Rhino Bed Liner and embedded with garnet granules for a non slip surface. Installation is simple with this atv ramp. Just take off the old tailgate, put on the tailgate ramp and put your original tailgate in storage. The ramp also has two handles on each side to assist in unfolding and also double as side guard rails. There also is an extension spring designed to assist in closing the tailgate. This ramp opens just as easy as a standard tailgate and is usable like a standard tailgate. The hinges on this ramp system are a continuous piano type hinge that is rated at 160 pounds per linear inch. The frame is constructed of heavy walled square tubing with all joints mitered and welded. The deck of the ramp is expanded metal welded solid all the way around. The load capacity is 1350 pounds. ( The load capacity decreases if the angle decreases ) This ramp is available in 6 ft. and 7 ft. models. The optional Tuck Bed Rack and Winch is great for those who need that extra bit of utility with their tailgate ramp. This system comes with a 2000 lb. capacity winch mounted in the left corner. The hitch of the winch is center mounted to allow for double blocking. This bed rack comes with 2 large rear backup lights. The bed rack and side rails are made of 1 1/2 inch tubing for extra durability. The front of the rack has a expanded metal grate that provide protection to your rear windshield.
