They are very fast in sending out products. Matter of fact I was missing a knob and they over nighted it to me, I had it at 8am the next morning. The ramp is worth the money. I bought it for someone who uses a walker. It's nice to have a product which will adjust to different heights. C Burson Peoria Il

I needed a ramp to get my son in and out of the shower with his shower chair/stand, this meets our needs perfectly! Very lightweight and easy to move. The adjustments make it very versatile. We discovered that we can easily use it to move him between house and garage as well:) I do wish it was just a couple of inches wider so I could more easily turn the shower stand in more of a radius movement. Overall I'm extremely happy with this ramp, can't say enough about how lightweight it is!
4 StarsSolves problem for my elderly Mother

I wish I'd known about this adjustable ramp years ago! I have paid several steep ambulance transport bills because I could not get her wheelchair into my home when she fell and couldn't use her walker temporarily. But now that I have this ramp adjusted, I can bring her right in the door without any problem. I have already shared it with some of my neighbors because they have the same height on their entrance way. They also thought you had to hire someone to build a small ramp. Only drawback was the assembly instructions didn't come inside the box so I had to call and get them via email.
5 StarsRamp for Refrigerated Container

This ramp was perfect for my needs. I deal with refrigerated containers and often customers need to access the container with hand trucks carrying food and other products that need refrigerating. Our containers vary in height so with the adjustable legs we were able to use this ramp on our whole fleet. The customers using this ramp have been extremely satisfied with the strength and versatility of it. We're considering purchasing more to make this an option for all customers to rent or buy. Delivery was incredibly fast. just a few days, and free too!! Overall a home run. Pleasant experience from start to finish. No doubt I'll be buying more.
4 Starsultimate adjustable threshold ramp needs modification if screen door is in place
Hans from CT wrote (September 15, 2014):
The ramp works wonderfully and it is now possible to ride my Luggie mobility scooter in and out of my house. however when assembling the ramp it became apparent that the screen door would not close because the bolts with knobs on top would not allow it to close. A section of the bolts needed to be cut off so that the screen door could clear when closed. Anyone without a screen door would not have this problem. It would be good to point this out in the descriptive information.
