Race Ramps service and trailer combination kit

Race Ramps track and trailer ramp system combines the functionality of three different products into one product. This ramp system can be used to service vehicles, load vehicles onto a trailer, or as a tie-down kit. The ramp system includes a universal ramp base that allows a service head or a trailer head to fit into the base for different functionality. The pieces can be purchased together as one kit or purchased separately. When purchasing together the kit includes 2 universal ramp bases, 2 trailer heads, and 2 service heads. The service and trailer ramp combination kit uses Brute Industries' patented lightweight construction to ensure ramps are durable and very stable. The ramps have a textured coating that prevent sliding and won't scratch or damage floors. These ramps have the ability to support up to a 6,000 lb vehicle per pair and can accommodate tires up to 12" wide.

Using the service head with the universal ramp allows easy access to the underside of the vehicle. These service ramps will raise the vehicle 8" and has a 9.25° angle of approach to avoid nose and spoiler scraping by low clearance vehicles. Once the car is in place the ramp base can be removed to provide more access to the underside of the car. The service heads on the ramp base can also be useful as a tie-down aid, by placing the ramp on the parking deck of the trailer and driving the vehicle onto them. Once the car is parked the ramps provide an additional 8" of ground clearance so the vehicle's tie-down points can be reached easier. The service heads are concave to fit the vehicle's tires and prevent rolling during transport.

The trailer head can be used with the universal ramp base to get low clearance vehicles safely on and off trailers without scraping. The trailer can be placed on the specially designed notch on the trailer ramps to reduce the angle of approach to 9.25°. These trailer ramps are a safe alternative to wooden planks and other unsafe methods used to reduce the ramp angle.

*Ramp Safety Warning & Usage Guidelines*

Before using the ramps ensure other persons are clear of the vehicle and the ramps
Ensure that the ramps are free from damage or corrosion before use.
Use only a single pair of wheel ramps at the front or rear, do not use two ramps on one side of the vehicle
Position the ramps in line with the wheels, with the steering wheel pointed straight and the incline against the tire tread
Carefully drive the vehicle onto the automotive ramps until it is in the correct position
Turn the engine off, apply the parking brake, get out of the vehicle and securely chock the remaining wheels on the ground
Before starting work, walk around the vehicle ensuring it is securely positioned
Always use jack stand if a person will be going under the vehicle
On completion of the work, check the parking brake is still firmly on and remove the chocks
It is important to drive very slowly when coming off the ramps to prevent the automotive bodywork from making contact with the car ramp
Exercise caution when using these car ramps with a trailer or three wheeled vehicle
