Save room in your vehicle by transporting bikes upright & stable in the truck bed. The Thule INSTA-GATER bike rack secures a single bicycle in the truck bed of any size truck. The simple attaching anchors wedge into the bottom of the tailgate & ratchet tight. NO drilling or bolting is required. Once the bike rack is anchored to the truck bed, simple roll the bike into the wheel chock of the INSTA-GATER. The Thule bike rack will accommodate wheels up to 3" wide and 20" - 29" in diameter. With the bike tire in the chock, the RQL (Ratcheting Quick Load System) swings up and secures your bike tire without removing it or coming in contact with the frame. Loading bikes into the truck bed is fast, easy, and super stable with the Thule 501 INSTA-GATER bike rack.
