Universal Mighty Lite Scooter Carrier

The 43 lb universal scooter carrier from Great Day transports scooters and other mobility devices and safely supports up to 500 lbs! The 48" x 28" platform supports most power scooter and wheelchair designs. The universal mobility carrier is coated with a black powder enamel that prevents scratches and protects the frame during harsh weather.

The 62" mounted loading ramp ensures that no grade is too steep or shallow for loading and unloading. Once loaded, the dual-hinge ramp conveniently folds up in half for storage on the carrier. The upright ramp position also helps stabilize the scooter or wheelchair during transport. 7" support rails are also available to keep the scooter in place. The durable square tube design is strong, and won't flex or bend under the weight of power mobility devices. The Mighty-Lite carrier also features gripping ridges for traction when loading & unloading on cold or damp days. Notice: Power scooters and other devices are not meant to be occupied when loading the carrier. 4 eyelets are available to provide mounting points when using tie down straps. The American made universal carrier is not limited to medical devices. The 500 lb weight limit allows a variety of uses from transporting snowblowers to adding extra camping equipment, coolers, tents and more.

The all-aluminum, lightweight design makes it easy to install onto any 2" hitch receiver. The universal scooter carrier is designed to work on class III or IV hitches. The hitch height range is between 11" and 18" to ensure that the carrier doesn't scrape the ground on abrupt grade changes or create steep inclines during loading. An anti-tilt locking device is recommended to eliminate carrier wobble during transport. (Anti-tilt locking device sold separately) The Mighty Lite carrier from Great Day is proudly made in the USA.
