The Roswheel waterproof pannier is secured to a rear bike rack with (4) straps on the bottom of the bag to add more storage to a bicycle. This bicycle pannier is made from waterproof polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric to keep gear inside dry. This pannier bag has 2 compartments for storage that secure shut with quick release buckles. Inside each of the compartments is a U-shaped polyethylene board that helps the pannier retain its shape and supports the sides of the bag to protect the gear inside. On the back of the pannier are (2) reflective strips for safety (one on each compartment). When not in use the bicycle pannier conveniently folds flat for storage.
