The Yakima HullRaiser securely and efficiently carries a kayak on your vehicle roof. The kayak rack features a J-cradle design that supports the boat on its side where it is most rigid, while leaving room on your roof bars for paddles or other items. The HullRaiser's aluminum construction makes it lightweight yet sturdy and features foam padding to protect your kayak. Heavy duty straps and bow/stern tie downs are included to secure your boat. The Yakima HullRaiser fits round or square crossbars, may be used with factory racks with the use of Mighty Mounts, and includes a lifetime warranty.
