Weighing in at 15 lbs. less than other E-bike and fat tire carriers, the Elevate Outdoor EZ-Fold Platform Rack sets itself apart with an adjustable wheel cradle, lightweight aluminum design, and simple folding pull handle that doesn’t require removing and replacing pins. It holds up to two E-bikes and fat tire bikes with a total weight capacity of 200 lbs. (100 lbs. per bike), so that you don’t have to remove batteries before loading up.

The carrier platform features adjustable wheel cradles that allow you to tailor the rack to your bikes’ specific wheelbase and tire size. In addition to E-bikes and fat tire bikes, the concave wheel cradles also accommodate most standard adult bike tire sizes. Designed for easier loading and rear access, this rack folds in two ways. The center post folds down to make it easier to load bikes onto the rack, and when not in use, the entire assembly folds up against your vehicle to create a smaller footprint in your garage or parking lot.

A block and strap system secures bike frames to the center post firmly and gently to reduce the risk of jostling in transit. This bike rack fits 2" hitch receivers and comes with a hitch pin.

Please note, this model is not compatible with 1.25" trailer hitches. Hitch-mounted carriers are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs. Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging. Carriers are not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a riser adapter.
