The SeaSucker Hornet Bike Rack is a compact yet mighty solution to transporting your bike that requires minimal effort to install and remove. The pump-action vacuum cups attach in seconds to the back window of any hatchback, SUV or minivan, allowing you to strap in the front handlebars of your bike, secure the included safety strap, and go! This bike rack can support one bike weighing up to 35 pounds, and comes with a 9.5" x 7" x 4" compact carrying case so that you can easily store it inside your vehicle when your trip is complete.
The SeaSucker Hornet Bike Rack attaches to your vehicle with 2 vacuum cups. Each articulating vacuum cup has a pull-strength of 120 pounds, thanks to their unique design and operation. The vacuum cups come with orange markings that disappear to indicate when you have removed the air between the cup and the vehicle, creating a powerful seal that stays firmly in place until you release it.
The Hornet also comes with a mandatory safety strap that loops around the bike's steerer tube and into a sewn-in cam buckle. The strap's tail has a built-in plastic peg that secures the strap to the car when it is closed into the hatchback.
