Free Standard Ground Shipping

When ordering an item that will be shipped using FedEx parcel delivery service, please note the following:

• Order by 3:00pm CST your order will ship the same day
• Most orders are delivered in 3 – 5 business days
• This item can be expedited if you need it sooner than the estimated delivery date
• No signature is required upon delivery, the package will be left at your front door

Freight

When ordering an item that will be shipped freight, please remember the following:

• Freight deliveries require access to either a loading dock, equipment, or personnel to unload your shipment from the truck, or a lift gate service must be added.
• Your delivery date and time must be scheduled with the freight company. The delivery company will call you to schedule.
• A signature is required upon delivery to receive your shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any missing pieces or damage before signing.
• Your shipment will arrive on a 53’ semi-trailer truck. If for any reason the delivery truck can’t fit down your street, alternate delivery arrangements can be made with the carrier.
• Freight orders cannot be expedited
