The Guardian Aluminum-Reinforced Foam Dual Wedge Container Ramps are a strong yet portable solution for ground-to-container transitions. They work with either pallet jacks and forklifts to unload or load shipping containers with a standard 6-inch high lip. These exclusive, patented ramps are manufactured for strength with an aluminum top plate and a 100% solid, high-density expanded foam core. The entire outer surface is a durable, high-traction coating that won't shift or move during use, and these ramps can easily be moved by one person - they only weigh 19 pounds each. Designed to be used on asphalt or concrete, they come with a knife-edge foot for easy ground-to-ramp transitions. Each ramp has a lip cutout that passes over shipping container locks so that it can be positioned anywhere along the container's edge.
The dual-wedge design includes two ramps that can be used separated with forklifts or pushed together for use with pallet jacks. In total, these ramps can support 10,000 pounds per axle.
