Freight Shipping Information

When ordering an item that ships freight, or if the size of the item is too large for parcel delivery, please note that it will ship on a common carrier freight truck.

Please keep in mind:

• Freight deliveries require access to either a loading dock, equipment, or personnel to unload your shipment from the truck, or a lift gate service must be added.
• Your delivery date and time must be scheduled with the freight company. The delivery company will call you to schedule.
• A signature is required upon delivery to receive your shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any missing pieces or damage before signing.
• Your shipment will arrive on a 53’ semi-trailer truck. If for any reason the delivery truck can’t fit down your street, alternate delivery arrangements can be made with the carrier.
• Freight orders cannot be expedited.
