Estimated Arrival Times (Domestic):

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. In most cases, we ship the same day. Processing and delivery times on ground and/or expedited shipments are not guaranteed.

The following times are estimated based on orders placed before 3:00 pm CST:

  • Standard Ground: See Map
  • Next Day: 1 business day
  • 2nd Day: 2 business days
  • 3 Day: 3 business days
  • Freight: 5-10 business days (residential freight shipments must schedule a delivery time)

In the event that your items are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to make further arrangements.

Expedited Shipping

When determining which express shipping option best suits your needs, please keep in mind that you do not count the same day the order is placed, weekends, or holidays (if your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST, the next business day counts as the day the order was placed).

For example, if you place an order on Wednesday night for an item needed by the end of the day Monday, you would need to select the 2nd day air shipping option. Your order would ship on Thursday, and arrive on Monday (Saturday and Sunday are not counted). If your order is not received by the guaranteed shipment day, your expedited shipping charges will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable due to delays caused by weather, wildfires, and other conditions beyond our control.

After placing your order, a shipping specialist will contact you to ensure you get the best possible shipping price as well as discuss any delivery requirements you may have for your order. Continental 48 United States

We offer free standard ground shipping in the Continental 48 United States on many of our items. Our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, saving you money, time, and energy. Expedited shipping prices are calculated and totaled during the checkout process.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories

Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are exempt from all free shipping offers, and must call 888-651-3431 to order.

PO BOX / APO / AFO / FPO / DPO / AFP Shipping Address

Currently USPS is the only option offered by Discount Ramps for shipping to a PO Box, APO, AFO, FPO, DPO, or AFP address. This option is only available for select items. For more information, please contact us.

International Shipping

International shipments are exempt from free shipping offers and do not qualify for shipping prices listed on the product page. International orders cannot be placed online, and must be placed over the phone by calling 888-651-3431. Please keep in mind that VAT, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Discount Ramps. Please contact your local government and shipping carriers for information regarding any extra charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for their country, clear the package through customs, and pay any associated fees. If a package is refused by customs for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charge,AND any return shipping and handling charges. Products shipped overseas do not include a warranty.

Freight Delivery Instructions

If your item is shipping via a freight company, please review these guidelines prior to scheduling the appointment or accepting delivery.

Please ensure that the phone number provided for scheduling your delivery appointment is valid. If you cannot be reached in a timely manner, the delivery company will charge storage fees or return the shipment, resulting in additional shipping charges.

Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the shipment. If you sign for the delivery without inspecting it, you are waiving any right to file a damage claim and are liable for any replacement costs. Please share this important information with the person that will sign if you are unavailable.

Open ALL boxed and crated product to inspect it for damage. If you are unable to open and inspect everything upon delivery, write “DAMAGED” on the receipt. There will be no penalties against the freight company unless a claim is submitted. If anything is damaged or missing, write the item on the delivery receipt before signing.

Damaged Product

In the event that you receive a damaged product, make sure it is noted on all receipts and that you receive a copy of receipts from the driver. Call 888-651-3431 to process a claim as soon as possible. We will go over the details regarding the claim procedure and replacement shipment, if applicable.

Missing Product

List any missing item(s) on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing, and call 888-651-3431 immediately. We will contact the freight company to have their locations searched. If the item is not located, the claim process will pay for the replacement product.

Discount Ramps cannot be held liable for damaged or missing items that are not noted on the delivery receipt.
