J1000 Series Vantech Van Ladder Rack

The J1000 Series racks are low profile, 2-bar roof racks for vans. Vantech's J1000 Series van racks fit to any midsize van, with or without drip or gutter rails (Drilling is required). The aluminum system comes with two separate bar styles. The 50" and 60" systems have a maximum capacity of 400 lbs when evenly distributed. The 55", 65", and 72" systems use a separate cross bar that has a maximum capacity of 600 lbs. Cross bars are reinforced and contain channels that allow accessories to be added on. The aluminum cross bars also have an oblong shape to reduce drag while on the move. Van rack systems are attached by connecting each mounting base to a 4" interior plate. Poly foam gaskets are inserted between the mounting bases and interior plates to prevent water leaks. Each mounting base contains two eye hooks that act as tie-down points for cargo. The white van racks have a powder coat finish to protect against harsh weather. The black and silver systems are anodized - a highly controlled, environmentally safe oxidation method - to convert metal surfaces to a more durable and appealing finish. Stainless steel hardware is included with the aluminum system.
