I really like this bed extender. The cotter pin system is easy to use and gives you various height and length options. It is also well very well built, sturdy and great powdercoating.

4 Stars Good product does what it claims

I purchased to haul my kayak on my Nissan Frontier truck. Also to haul wood when needed. The two parts make it easy to install and when not in use can be stored behind the front seat (king cab). I added reflector tape. I had some extra pads for going under chair legs and I cut to fit and placed on the top so not to scratch boat. I like the two tie down on the end of the post. Would purchase again and a better product that is at Harbor Freight.

5 Stars Truck Bed Extender

I gave up my full length truck bed for a Quad door with short box, which works better for hauling people but not cargo!! This extender works great when I have to haul 16' boards. I just store it behind the back seat when I'm not using it. Works like a charm!

I just got this a few days ago and used it for the first time on the 4th to transport 2 kayaks to a lake. It was simple to use and worked great. You can't go wrong for the money.

5 Stars Truck Bed Extender -Sweet!

William from NY wrote (May 05, 2015):

My Nissan truck has a short bed which, until I purchased the bed extender, limited the length of barn timbers and long lumber I could bring home. I just hauled 5, fourteen foot TJI's using the bed extender with no problem. As an added attraction, when I'm done hauling, I just take it apart and store it until I need it again.

5 Stars Truck Bed Extender

This is great for my 12' Kayak, I have a short bed Truck and it is great for the extra feet to give my Kayak that extra support. I am glad I purchased this one. The ends gives me tie down loops for tie down straps for extra security. I recommend getting the Trailer hitch lock bar if you plan on leaving it on while away from your vehicle.
