General Warranty Information
  • Discount Ramps offers a One-Year Warranty and guarantees this product to be free of defects at the time of receipt. Please note that all warranty claims must be made directly to the original place of purchase.
Warranty Service
  • If you wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact us promptly at (888) 651-3431, Mon - Fri from 8am to 5:30pm CST.
  • Please be prepared to submit photos to assist our staff with processing your claim. Any defects will be determined by Discount Ramps with relevant evidence. If a defect is confirmed, Discount Ramps will replace the defective part with the same or similar product at no charge. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges.
Warranty Limitations
  • This warranty is non-transferrable, and becomes void if the product has been misused, neglected, altered, damaged or tampered with.
  • The product manufacturer reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part at any time without notifying the purchaser. If this product is discontinued or modified prior to the warranty claim, Discount Ramps will substitute the defective product or part.
  • Products not manufactured by Discount Ramps are covered under the warranty of their manufacturer.
Limited Liability
  • Discount Ramps shall not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use of this product, including and not limited to property damage, loss of value of the product or loss of use of the product.

Warranty and Replacement Parts Shipping Information

We stand by the quality craftsmanship of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you notice an issue with your item when it arrives, please contact us by calling (888) 651-3431, Option 2 to speak with our customer service staff for a resolution. Photos of the product may be required to determine the nature of the warranty claim.

If replacement parts are required, they will be delivered within 7-10 days. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for replacement parts.

As we do not sell replacement parts, a new item must be purchased if:

  • the item was damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or other events that were out of our control.
  • the item is out of warranty at the time of your call.

Please note: Standard shipping rates and a 15% return processing fee will apply if you wish to return an unopened item.

Extended Warranty Option

If you purchased the Extended Warranty Option for your item during check-out, accidental damage and other events will be covered. Please read the terms of your extended warranty for more details. To submit a claim, please contact Extend directly to start the process.

FedEx Claims Requirements During COVID

Due to the increase in shipments since the start of the COVID, we are currently required to provide FedEx with at least 7 days’ notice before we reship or refund a package that has a status of “pending” or has no package scans. This may result in a delay of your refund or reshipment, and is subject to availability.
