Warranty Information

General Warranty Information

Discount Ramps guarantees that all products are free of defects at the time of purchase. The warranty length varies depending on the product, and all products not manufactured by Discount Ramps are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty length is located to the right of the product information on each product page.

Our warranties are non-transferrable, and will become void if the product is misused, neglected, altered, tampered with or damaged.

We reserve the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part at any time without notification. If the product is discontinued or modified prior to the warranty claim, Discount Ramps will substitute the defective product or part.

Warranty Claims

Please note that all warranty claims must be made directly to the original place of purchase. This includes products purchased through marketplaces and other websites.

  • If you wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact us promptly at (888) 651-3431, Mon - Thur from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm CST.
  • Please be prepared to submit photos to assist our staff with processing your claim. Any defects will be determined by Discount Ramps with relevant evidence. If a defect is confirmed, Discount Ramps will replace the defective part with the same or similar product at no charge. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges.

Replacement Parts

We stand by the quality craftsmanship of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you notice an issue with your item when it arrives, please contact us by calling (888) 651-3431, Option 2 to speak with our customer service staff for a resolution. Photos of the product may be required to determine the nature of the warranty claim.

If replacement parts are required, they will be delivered within 7-10 days. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for replacement parts.

As we do not sell replacement parts, a new item must be purchased if the item:

  • Was damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or other events that were out of our control.
  • Is out of warranty at the time of your call.

Please note: Standard shipping rates and a 15% return processing fee will apply if you wish to return an unopened item. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Extended Warranty Option

Extended Warranty Options will continue to be available for a limited time; contact us for additional details.

If you purchased the Extended Warranty Option for your item during check-out, accidental damage and other events will be covered. Please read the terms of your extended warranty for more details. To submit a claim, please contact Extend directly to start the process.

Limited Liability

Discount Ramps shall not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use of this product, including and not limited to property damage, loss of value of the product or loss of use of the product.
