The open bed ATV dump trailer is used for landscaping projects and hauling heavy material such as rocks, mulch, lumber, or soil. A hand-held dumping system has been added to assist in removal of heavy material.

The rugged ATV wagon dump trailer was built to assist in hauling and removing heavy material. The ATV trailer uses a 2" x 2" square tube frame for support while a 14 gauge steel frame contains a load of up to 15 cubic ft of material. The "Strong Arm Dump System" consists of an ergonomic soft-touch handlebar and slam latch bed that is used to manually remove material from the bed. A latch pin is used to keep the bed in place when not in use. A removable, double hinged tailgate allows dumping materials in 2 ways. The tailgate can flip down like a typical tailgate or it can be hinged at the top while the bottom swings out like a dump truck tailgate. This makes it easier to dump soil evenly when digging a new garden or re-seeding a lawn.

ATVs are meant for use on rocky, unused paths, so pull-behind trailers should be built the same way. The steel construction and high ground clearance are applied to keep up with ruggedness of the ATV. The 11" ground clearance hovers over most rocks or boulders while the huge 25" tires roll over just about anything. Featured with the axle are tapered roller bearings that are built to function at the high speeds four wheelers are capable of. A torsion bar suspension system reduces the amount of bounce while traveling from one site to another. When fog settles in or the work day turns into night, a safety brake light at the rear of the bed increases visibility. Included wiring connects the ATV/UTV to the trailer to supply power to the rear brake light. A choice of forest green or sport red powder coating is added for extra protection against the elements. The best results are met when pulling with an ATV/UTV engine of 500cc or greater.
