The Apex Rear-Mounted Bike Rack will quickly become your go-to solution for recreational biking. Ideal for hatchbacks, crossovers and similar vehicles, it secures easily to the rear hatch with six hooks - two at the top, two hooks with rubber coating at the bottom, and two side hooks with nylon webbing. It can hold up to two bikes, and when not in use, the tray can be folded up and out of the way. To load up a bike, use the tire cradles to secure the wheels, and clamp the corresponding long or short support arm directly to the frame so that the bike doesn't rock during transport. Foam bumpers at the top and bottom prevent the rack from scratching your vehicle. This bike rack can accommodate adult or child-sized bikes up to 33 pounds apiece, for a total weight capacity of 66 pounds.
