More Information

Designed with a dual-entry platform, the Harmar Exterior Hitch-Mounted Scooter Platform Lift is an effortless solution to help you load and transport most three- or four-wheel mobility scooters. Compatible with a variety of SUVs, trucks, vans and minivans, this lift installs directly to Class II or above 2” hitch receivers and requires little to no modification to your vehicle and allows for easy removal.

With two outer tracks and one center track, the platform provides optimal positioning for three-wheel scooters as well as four-wheel scooters up to 350 lbs. The lift features an integrated automatic scooter hold-down foot, which is designed to provide a secure self-locking mechanism.

The included illuminated license plate mount allows you to reposition your plate for better visibility in compliance with state laws. The electric lift is key operated with a single switch. When not in use, the platform folds up against the vehicle to reduce the vehicle’s footprint.

Usage Guidelines
Please note, hitch-mounted carriers are not recommended for use on RVs or motorhomes, as well as tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers. Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Never occupy a mobility device when loading, unloading, or on the carrier.
