More Information
Quickly load and carry a manual wheelchair on the back of your vehicle with the Silver Spring Manual Wheelchair Carrier. Rather than deal with the pain and stress of lifting a wheelchair into your vehicle, the platform tilts to allow you to roll the wheelchair on and off the carrier with ease. Once loaded, the adjustable stability arm keeps the wheelchair in place during transportation, eliminating the need for tie-down straps. This carrier conveniently folds down for access to your trunk or hatchback when not in use. It also folds up against the back of your vehicle when unloaded for safer driving and parking.
This Silver Spring Manual Wheelchair Carrier mounts easily to the rear of any vehicle with a hitch ball mount.

Usage Guidelines
Please note, hitch-mounted cargo carriers are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs. Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging. Carriers are not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a riser adapter.
