Want to haul your motorcycle but don't want the problems of pulling a trailer? Well the VersaHaul is the ultimate solution. The VersaHaul VH-55 is a motorcycle and dirt bike carrier, which mounts using your vehicle's two-inch receiver. Simply roll your motorcycle up the carrier's ramp and use straps to secure your bike. The optional ramp stores right on the carrier. Your motorcycle then rides safely behind your vehicle. This high quality carrier includes an anti tilt locking device to remove play from the receiver and has a 500 lb capacity. Light-duty suspension systems may require air shocks or helper springs to avoid rear end sag from the heavy load on the rear of the vehicle. Click here to see our heavy duty model that is longer, wider, and has a 600 lb capacity!

The VersaHaul single motorcycle carriers are now being manufactured to tow a small vehicle or light trailer. The main tube was not designed to carry tongue weight. It is only suitable for towing trailers and small vehicles where there is no tongue weight exerted on the hitch. The towing capacity of the main tube is a third of the towing capacity of your hitch. Do not tow over 3,000 lbs with the product.

4 Stars Does what it's supposed to do

I have owned this product for about 3 years now and use it on the back of our RV to haul a Honda 250 scooter. The scooter weighs probably 200lbs. We have hauled that scooter thousands of miles without incident. I have ran into a few situations where the ramp could have been a little longer so the scooter didn't hi-center on loading and unloading but I solved that by putting a couple wood blocks under the end of the ramp to make the angle a bit less severe at the top. I also ordered the carrier tail light kit and have had good service with it.. Overall, it was a good purchase and I do recommend the product
