Vantech 43" H1 Black Steel Universal Ladder Truck Rack Syste - 600 lb. Capacity

The Vantech H1 steel system can hold up 600 lb. evenly distributed. The crossbars measure 2" x 1" and are constructed from 14 gauge heavy duty steel with a black powdercoat finish. Non-slip plastic bar guards on the top of each bar protects cargo and the system from damage. The mounting bar uprights (8" with a base that makes them 10.5" H overall) are constructed from 11 gauge steel that is galvaized prior to power-coating for additional durability. The base is welded onto the upright post for a complete seal. They are 4" x 1" eyehooks on each mounting upright.

Drilling is required to install the system onto the pickup truck cap. A rubber cap on the upright post both reduces wind noise and water leakage. The system includes a 5" ladder stop to prevent ladders from sliding forward in transit. Each ladder stopper is galvanized and rubber dipped. The system also includes 5.5" ladder guides for securement, which are also galvanized and rubber dipped. Easy turn knobs allows for quick adjustments and removal of the ladder stopper and the ladder guide. Hook and loop straps secure the ladders in seconds, up to 75 lbs.
