30' L x 101" W Aluminum Portable Modular Yard Ramp System – 30,000 lb. Capacity

This 30,000 lb. Modular Aluminum Yard Ramp System is a compact yet heavy duty solution for creating a portable loading dock for access to trucks and trailers. It sets up with two people in less than 15 minutes without any tools, and is suitable for outdoor or indoor use. Since it's modular, it can be used in different length configurations from 8' to 30' L, and with a larger 101" width, it's not limited to forklift use for cargo and can be used to load/unload cars as well.

Manufactured from aluminum, it ships economically on one pallet via common carrier and is so compact, the entire system will fit in a pickup truck bed or a 4x8 trailer. The 4" high rail guards are integrated into the ramp for added safety and maximum structural support. This system accommodates docks, trailers or trucks from 15" to 60" H, with the ability to level off when the height adjustable ramp stands are set 38" to 48" H.

The modular design consists of eight ramps and three adjustable height support stands. The upper ramps feature a plate end for a smooth ramp to truck transition, the center ramps have pin ends that secure to the stands, and the lower ramps terminate in a knife foot for a smooth ground to ramp transition. Two 2" x 18' ratchet straps with S-hooks are included (4,400 lb. Break Strength) to secure the ramp system. US Patent #10710824.

For truck or trailer applications, ensure the vehicle is stopped and wheels are chocked before attaching the ramp. When selecting a yard ramp, first identify the weight capacity you require by combining the weight of your heaviest loading machinery and heaviest load. Also identify the widest equipment that will be used on the ramp and add 15" to determine how wide of a ramp you require.
