The multi-level hitch adapter can be used to raise your carrier 4-1/2" to prevent bottoming out while driving up steep inclines, or lower it 3-1/2" to make loading and unloading easier. Also included in these kits are spring pin handles to easily fold the carrier, two retractable tie-downs to secure your mobility device, and a water-resistant cover to protect your power chair or scooter during transport.
