The 500-lb capacity trailer hitch adapter simply installs between your hitch and carrier bar. The folding shank can hold your motorcycle or cargo carrier horizontally when it is in use or vertically against the vehicle when it is not. The included anti-wobble pivot bolt and jam nut secure the carrier in place to eliminate wobble. Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

To determine if the Folding Hitch Adapter will work with your hitch-mounted carrier measure the distance between the end of the hitch tube and the hitch pin hole. The hitch pin hole must be no closer than 2-1/2" from the end of the hitch and no further than 3".
