The Silver Spring Plastic Multi-Height Threshold Ramp Add-On increases the ramp width of the Silver Spring Multi-Height Threshold Ramp for wider curb or entryway applications, reaching an ADA compliant ramp width of 48" when used together. Designed to ship compactly, the add-on piece is easy to assemble on arrival for additional ramp width when riding a mobility scooter, walking or rolling a wheelchair into or out of your home, patio or other location.
The Plastic Multi-Height Threshold Ramp Add-On is manufactured to be as lightweight as possible, weighing only 2 lbs., without compromising on strength. The lattice/honeycomb construction provides over 800 lbs. of support, easily accommodating full-size mobility scooters. The interlocking design allows you to set the height at 1", 2" or 3" depending on the rise.
Designed primarily for outdoor or garage use, each ramp piece has underside channels so that cables or wires can pass through without hinderance, and the open top allows precipitation to fall through without accumulating on the ramp surface. Adhesive tape strips are included to secure the ramp in place, and each ramp comes with pre-drilled holes for optional permanent installation (hardware not included).
