This wheelchair retractor kit secures a wheelchair or scooter on a bus, van or other transport vehicle outfitted with the Q'Straint L track tie down system. The self-tensioning, self-locking retractors have a speed hook for quick, easy securing and swivel to fit wheelchairs of various width, and shoulder / lap belts are included. There is no manual tensioning required with these wheelchair tie down systems. The QRT Standard has its own self-tension device for easy securing. The simple one hand operation of the L Track takes less time and is more convenient. Designed for occupied use.
Package includes (4) QRT Standard Retractors with L-Track Hardware and (4) Shoulder/Lap belts with mounting hardware. The QRT Standard 4-point automotive tie-down restraint & wheelchair securing system, or use with L-Track is designed for transit & Paratransit buses and safety crash tested at 30 mph (50 km/h). Features a self-tension knob and a built-in release lever, and J-Hook ends to easily attach to mobility aid frames. *Does not include floor pocket mounts. Recommended solution for occupied use.
