The 45.5" long x 5-5/8" wide loading ramp stores directly on the motorcycle carrier with 2 wing nut bolts. This double motorcycle rack has been specifically designed for transporting motocross bikes, enduro bikes, off road dirt bikes & some scooters with larger wheels (limitations may apply with the 16" gap in rail). The weight capacity of the hitch tube is 600 lbs. and the carrier rail is designed to handle motorcycles up to 400 lbs maximum overall weight (example: 400 lb. bike + 200 lb. bike).The motorcycle carrier rail is 75" long x 5.5" wide and has a 16" gap where the front wheel drops partially into to stabilize the motorcycle, acting as a wheel chock.
