Hitch Cargo Carrier & Bike Rack

The Hitch Cargo Carrier/Bike Rack Combo will save you time, money, and effort when going on vacations, camping trips, and other outings. The spacious carrier surface has usable dimensions of 20" x 60" to hold coolers, collapsible tents, gas cans, and other items you can't fit in your vehicle. The cargo carrier has 3" high side rails to prevent your cargo from sliding off the edge and has many tie-down points to keep it in one place. A steel slotted surface construction allows rain water & other debris to pass through to help protect from corrosion and rusting. Underneath supports give the cargo carrier a capacity of 500 lbs to transport many heavy items. The carrier is supported by a 2" swing-down hitch tube which will fit into a 2" receiver and folds up for storage. The distance from the center of pin hole to edge of the cargo carrier is 9.5" when folded up. Anti-tilt device & pinch bolt included for a wobble-free fitment.

Load up 2 or 3 bikes onto the cargo carrier by purchasing a 2 or 3 bike carrier below. These ball-mount bike racks not only fit onto the CC02-003 cargo carrier, but also onto a hitch ball of 3/4" shank size. A minimum of 12" hitch height is needed when carrying bikes and/or hauling up to 200 lbs of cargo on the carrier because of clearance issues (**Please check the specs on your vehicle & hitch capacities before loading**) Each bike rack has the ability to swing down for convenient access to the rear of your vehicle.

Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier Product Limitations:

• Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch
• Vehicle Hauling Capacity: Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension to carry a load
• Not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a hitch riser adapter
• Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging
