Designed for use on buses, vans, or other transport vehicles, these QRT M-series wheelchair tie downs work with the L-track system from Q'Straint to quickly and safely secure a wheelchair.  This kit includes four of the M-Series L-Track wheel chair tie-downs. Q'Straint M-Series restraints offer a better solution for a budget conscious consumer. The high quality system features universal J-hooks for mounting on all chair types with a center buckle designed for ease of use when securing a wheelchair. An adjustable 4-point tie-down system provides a secure and stable tie-down rated up to 30 mph in crash tests. Each L-Track system meets the FMVSS 209 and 302 regulations and is ISO 9002 registered.
