Designed as a safer carrier for transporting ATVs, scooters, generators and smaller toys, the Swivelwheel Single Wheel RV Fifth Wheel Carrier connects to RVs, campers and full-size pickup trucks with a dual hitch mount design that fits a Class II - IV single hitch receivers. This design allows the carrier to move with the tow vehicle without compromising stability or encouraging jack-knifing. The single 8" rear wheel has torsion suspension as well as a friction to further ensure a smooth towing experience compared to other trailers.
This Swivelwheel carrier is manufactured with a powder-coated tubular steel frame and .75" treated, painted plywood top that sits at 25.75" high. You can load your toy from the rear or the sides with no issue, and there are two 2" x 2" stake receivers at the front, and two at the rear for mounting and tie-downs straps.
This trailer meets DOT regulation lighting requirements for turn signals, brakes, and reflectors, and comes with an SAE VIN sticker. Jack stand legs with casters are included from when the trailer is not in use. It is up to the Swivelwheel system owner to evaluate the frame and capacity of the tow vehicle. All Swivelwheel Transport Systems utilize a class II, III or IV receiver package that is installed onto the tow vehicle.
