Affordable, lightweight, and safe, this innovative ramp system allows you to load your step deck-deck trailer, then convert two of the ramp pieces into load levelers so that you maximize the capabilities of your step deck. This 2 Load Leveler/4 Ramp System is an excellent cost-saving option when you only need two load levelers instead of the full four load leveler kit. It works with all 102" wide drop-deck trailers with an 18" upper step drop.
This system includes four 8' x 18" ramps, four stake pocket supports, six lumber clips and two support stands. The modular design of these step deck systems allows you to add on pieces when necessary, and gives you the ability to easily replace pieces as needed. Adjustable stakes ensure the load levelers will fit all 102" wide step deck trailers without any modifications.
This system is one of the safest on the market as our load levelers and stake pockets are secured directly to your step deck trailer, preventing kick-outs caused by short stops or chain failure. Simply slide inserts over the pin end of the ramps into your stake pockets, then chain them down with load binders for unbeatable security. US Patent #8347439, #7930788.

Rated at 23,500 lbs. per axle; Never exceed the maximum axle capacity of this ramp system; Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, steel track vehicles. Must use a true 5" wide lumber for the load levelers (2x6's cut down).

Ramp Support Stands
These not only ensure that the two ramps per side will be able to support the loading weight of your cargo, but they are also adjustable in case you need to create a slight arch to help with the loading process. This is important with vehicles or machinery that have a long wheelbase and/or lower ground clearance, so they don’t high-center at the top of the ramps.

They attach to the load levelers and hold lumber to prevent the levelers from scratching or otherwise damaging your load. When pacing lumber, always use wood planks that are true to size to ensure a secure fit. Kits include 3 lumber clips per load leveler.
